Warranty

All of our computers come with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime technical support warranty for as long as the original owner owns the computer. If any hardware is found to be defective within 1 year of purchasing your computer - after a brief diagnostic session over the phone – we will replace that part free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the computer to Cerise. Cerise will pay for shipping the computer back to the customer. Two and three year warranties are also available. Once the warranty expires the customer becomes responsible for the cost of parts, labor and shipping.
