Much, much faster than my other pentiums and athlons, and for only 50-60 bucks, seems like a no bainer. I can edit photos/video, surf web and burn CD's/DVD's with no problems (processor in the 50% to 60 range). Even during heavy multitasking the radiator stays cool to the touch with the stock fan, not even warm at all. My setup: - This processor - Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H Micro ATX Motherboard - Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 XMS3 4 GB PC3-12800 Core i5 Memory Kit (yes it works on AMD systems too) - Antec Sonata III w/500w earthwatts power supply - Windows 7 - wd 1tb caviar black and 250gb wd ide hd This is a very nice processor http://bit.ly/catC6m for the money.
